CANCELLATION POLICY:
01 WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK – IN DATE – NO RESERVATION. 01 WEEK TO 03 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK – IN DATE : 50% CHARGE OF THE RESERVATION AMOUNT. 03 DAYS AND AFTER : FULL RESERVATION OF THE REERVATION POLICY. EARLY CHECK – OUT : FULL RETENTION OF ORIGINAL BOOKING.

Two children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents’ room without an additional charge. However, no extra bed will be provided.
Extra Occupancy between 5-12 years – @25% of the Package Cost and above 12 years – 35% of the Package Cost.
Check-In – 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out – 1100 Hrs
Later check-outs are available on request and are subject to availability. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or 50% advance needs to be deposited by the Guest or their representative travel agents at our Delhi office. All major credit cards are accepted.
Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show – No Refund
How ever, following deductions would be levied.
15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50% of the total package cost.
30 Days & More – No Deductions would be levied.
- For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
- Payment of balance, 50% of the entire accommodation charges, is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. This amount will also be non-refundable.
- If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
- The Applicable Tariff packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
- Taxes as per Government notification.
- In case of non-availability of rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
- All jurisdictions are subject to Nainital District only.
- Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause.
- 100 % Advance payment require for booking during Peak Time from 22 Dec / 02 Jan. and Long Weekends, festivals etc. it will be non refundable and non Adjustable.
